Overview:

  • This program is open to undergraduate and graduate students from all academic disciplines who have familiarity with the dairy industry.

This program will be focused on exploring the dairy industries in Scotland and England.  Participants will visit dairy farms and universities to understand differences between the American and European dairy industries. Throughout the course, students will visit the Chillingham Wild Cattle, the Scottish Agricultural College, Nottingham University, and IceRobotics. This course will provide an in-depth view of the dairy industry in the United Kingdom.
