Participants should arrive on Sunday, June 19 for an orientation meeting and a kick-off celebration. The institute will close on Wednesday, June 29 at 5:00 p.m. The daily schedule is 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with lunch from noon - 1:00.
University of Kentucky CASE ASA Institute will be held on the UK campus in Lexington, KY. All participants, regardless of home proximity are encouraged to stay in campus lodging provided. This is important to maintain professional learning communities that are created during the course of the Institute—through group homework projects and other collaborative brainstorming.
Upon arrival, all guests should proceed to the check-in area designated by the group leader/sponsor to complete registration card and pick up any necessary information. Guests will then move to their assigned residence hall to pick up keys and move in.
Baldwin Hall, has classrooms and disability-accessible rooms planned throughout the facility. The spacious, semi-suite style bedrooms have a sink in each room, interchangeable furniture and a full bathroom between each room. Pillows and linens will be provided.

Guest check-in time typically begins at 1:00 PM on date of arrival and check-out time is 12:00 PM on date of departure. Arrangements for early check-in or later check-out may be made in advance through our office; however, this is subject to space availability.
Groups and guests who checkout late and have not obtained prior approval will be assessed charges for an additional night, per person, at the contracted rate.

CASE ASA Institute participants will be issued meal cards on the day of check-in. You are allowed up to $30 per day for meal purchases. There are many restaurants on and off campus where these cards may be used. Ground Transportation Options
You should organize your travel arrangements to ensure your attendance at scheduled events. If you are flying into Lexington, Bluegrass Airport (http://www.bluegrassairport.com/flights.html) is approximately 15-20 minutes from campus. When booking your flight or planning your driving route, please allow ample time for travel and check-in. We suggest you communicate directly with us, and later, other participants, to take advantage of group travel or carpooling from the airport.
