Advising and Academic Support

  • Priority registration windows  close on Tuesday, November 21 at 11:59 p.m. Students who have not met with their academic advisor should schedule an appointment today in order to register before priority registration closes.  Students who miss the priority registration window may register during the secondary window, November 29 - December 18.
  • The college's December 2017 Commencement will be held on Friday, December 15 at 10:00 a.m. at Rupp Arena.  The registration deadline is Monday, December 4 at 8:00 a.m.  For more information, and to register, click here

Job Openings

  • UK Athletics Event Management Department is seeking student interns to assist with daily operations and events for the spring semester. Responsibilities would include event set up and breakdown, coordination with visiting teams/officials and assisting event staff. For more information, click here

Experiential Opportunities

  • Students are encouraged to submit proposals to the National Conference on Undergraduate Research (NCUR) happening April 4 - 7, 2018.  NCUR is an opportunity for students from all disciplines to gain valuable experience presenting research and scholarship.  Funding is available through the UK Office of Undergraduate Research.  For more information, click here.

Event Promotion

  • The UK Welcome Home Program is open to all currently enrolled full-time students seeking an option for positive, safe, and respectful housing and community support options during academic breaks when most on-campus facilities are closed.  The program connects students with UK employees who want to share their home and/or holiday traditions.   • The Tracy Farmer Institute for Sustainability and the Environment and the UK Appalachian Center are presenting the seventh annual Sustainability Forum on Wednesday, December 6 from 4:30 to 7:00 p.m. in the Boone Center. The event will include student poster presentations and an awards ceremony announcing the 2018 Sustainability Challenge Grant Award recipients. Food and refreshments will be provided.
