Experiential Opportunities

  • The UK Global Health Case Competition is a competition that rallies graduate and undergraduate students from various colleges to form interdisciplinary teams that address a critical global health challenge. These strategies are presented to a panel of judges and the top team will be awarded $1200.00 and free admission to the Midwest Regional Global Health Conference on February 24, 2017 at the University of Cincinnati. Job Openings

  • The Governor’s Office of Agricultural Policy (GOAP) is  accepting applications for its 2018 summer internship program. Applications and  supporting documents are due no later than close of business Friday, January 5, 2018. The internship program will run from May to August 2018, depending on the intern’s school schedule, and is a full-time paid position, with the option to receive college credit. Club Meetings

  • The UK Horticulture Club is hosting a Workday on Wednesday, November 29 from 5:00 to 6:00 p.m. in Greenhouse 12. Students will work with different tropical, native, and prepare for future sales. All students welcome to attend. 

Event Promotion 

  • The University of Kentucky College of Medicine is hosting its first annual open house on Saturday, December 9 from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.  The event will include an information session, a medical student panel and tours of the medical center.  Email to RSVP.
  • Senior Turn-Out will be held on Tuesday, December 5 and Wednesday, December 6 from 11:00 to 2:00 p.m. All December 2017 graduates are encouraged to attend, enjoy a free lunch and receive a framed cap and gown picture (both provided).  For more information, and to register, click here.
