  • Peterson Farms, Field Operations Internship- Summer 2025 Positions Available

    Peterson Farms is a family-operated row crop production farm based out of Loretto, KY. As a Field Operations Intern, you can expect to gain an understanding of how we utilize equipment and technology to produce high yields, all the while maintaining proper stewardship of the land that we farm.     Peterson Farms is a progressive, family-operated row crop production farm based out of Loretto, KY. As a Crop Scout Intern, you can expect to gain an understanding of how we use different agronomic processes to produce high yields at a large scale, all the while maintaining proper stewardship of the land that we farm. The KY Signature Career Fairs - Equine Industries and The Distillation, Wine and Brewing Career Fairs will take place on Thursday, September 26th from 2:00 PM - 5:00 PM in the Gatton Student Center Ballrooms

Come meet with employers and industry partners who are recruiting UK students for full-time, part-time, internship, volunteer, and co-op positions. The Career Fair is open to any college student or alumni in Kentucky with an interest in the equine, distilling, wine and brewing industries, as well as related areas, such as finance, sales, hospitality, supply chain, engineering, finance, accounting, tourism, communication etc.

You can walk up to the fair or preregister. If you preregister for either fair, you will have a name tag waiting for you at fair check-in.
