CAFE Open House

College of Agriculture, Food & Environment Open House 

Monday, February 20, 2023  |  12:30pm - 4:00pm
at the UK Gatton Student Center


Join us to learn more about life as a Future Wildcat in the College of Agriculture, Food & Environment! During this open house, we will host sessions about college life, the CAFE Living Learning Program (LLP), and more. Students will have the opportunity to connect with CAFE clubs and organizations, participate in a Q&A panel with current students, and meet an advisor from their program(s) of interest.

Tentative Itinerary:

12:30pm - Check-in begins

Students are encouraged to arrive at this time before the official program begins to enjoy light refreshments and mingle with members of various CAFE student organizations

1:30pm - Program begins: Welcome & Featured Speakers

2:00pm - Q&A with current CAFE Student Leaders

2:30pm - CAFE Living Learning Program Overview

3:00pm - Break and Refreshments

3:15pm - Program Meetings (students will have the chance to meet with an advisor or representative from their major) 

This event is intended for Juniors or Seniors who have/intend to apply to the University of Kentucky as first-time freshmen with an interest in a CAFE program. All other visit requests should review alternative options at students.ca.uky.edu/campusvisit

Online registration will remain open until February 13, 2023 at 12:00PM (noon) EST (or when no more spots remain).
