McKinsey First Year Leadership Academy
McKinsey & Company is an American worldwide management consulting firm, founded in 1926 by University of Chicago professor James O. McKinsey, that advises on strategic management to corporations, governments, and other organizations.
From June 24 to June 26, the organization will host its free First Year Leadership Academic to support talented university freshmen (Class of 2024) who identify as Black, African American, Hispanic, Latinx, or Native American. Attendees will explore the potential of a career in consulting and refine their problem-solving and leadership skills. Through interactive activities, case workshops, panels, and networking events, attendees will learn about our work, culture, and people.
