Scholarship Description

The Women's Second Chance College Scholarship Fund was established by Ms. Ruth Ann Tillman to provide assistance, through financial grants and mentoring, to women 25-40 years of age who have the determination and discipline to obtain a bachelor’s degree.



Criteria for Eligibility

Resident of Kentucky, or Southern Indiana (Clark, Crawford, Floyd, Harrison, Scott and
Washington Counties); Female, age 25-40; Have a high school diploma or GED and are
committed to completing a college degree program in an agreed upon period of time;
Demonstrate financial need; Enrolled full or part-time to attend an accredited college, university
or community college.
