UK Virtual Internship and Career Fair

The University of Kentucky Stuckert Career Services is offering virtual career fair on Thursday February 24 from 2:00 to 6:00 pm for all majors to engage with many employers looking to hire UK students for part-time, internship, co-op, and other types of opportunities. These events are open to all majors! We encourage you to come in professional dress and bring multiple copies of your resume.

It is recommended that all students and alumni planning to attend this event: 

1. Have their resume reviewed by a counselor in the UK Stuckert Career Center. For quick (15 minute) reviews, counselors are available for drop-ins from noon to 4:00 PM Monday through Thursday. For a longer, in-depth conversation, schedule an appointment by logging into Handshake. 
   
   
2. Research the attending employers and select at least three organizations to approach. Prepare thoughtful questions related to specific job opportunities, organizational mission/initiatives, credentials for ideal candidates and more. 
   
   
3. Dress professionally for the event. Ideal attire may include neutral colors, collared shirts/jackets, slacks and conventional shoes. Those without these items may consider visiting the Wildcat Wardrobe, a free professional clothing service for UK students.
