  • UK College of Pharmacy is hosting a webinar on professional school admissions interviews on Thursday, September 10 from 5:00 to 6:00. Students interested in applying to professional schools are encouraged to attend and get tips on how to prepare for the interviewing process.   • UK Counseling Center is offering Tools for Tough Times online sessions Tuesdays at 4:00 and Fridays at 10:00. These sessions will teach students coping strategies to add to their self-care and mental health tool kit. To register via Zoom, click here.
  • Transformative Learning is offering free, drop-in Supplemental Instruction (SI) group study sessions in some of UK’s most challenging courses. Students can receive assistance in courses including BIO 148, COM 101, CHE 103 and more. To view the full SI session dates and times, click here.

Scholarships & Funding Opportunities

  • KWRRI has announced their request for proposals for the USGS 104b Grant Program. This program is targeting toward supporting water-related research conducted by students in Kentucky. The deadline to apply is Friday, October 9. For more information, click here.
