Advising and Academic Support
- A reminder to students using the myUK system: Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox are the most compatible web browsers. Using other browsers will lead to compatibility issues. For detailed instructions on scheduling an advising appointment, click here.
- Friday, September 10 is the last day to drop a Fall 2021 course (without receiving a "W"). As always, students should consult their academic advisor before making schedule changes.
Career Development & Job Openings
- Nearly 40 employers will be attending this week's part-time job fair on Thursday, September 9 from noon to 4:00 p.m. in the UK Student Center. Attendees are encouraged to bring multiple copies of their resume and research employers before attending. Click here for more details.
- The UK Central Kentucky Job Club has a number of Fall 2021 events that are open to all job seekers, including students and alumni. Topics include job search tips, best practices for LinkedIn and more. Download this pdf for more details.

Events & Club Meetings
- UK SAB is hosting a Terrarium Workshop TODAY (Tuesday, September 7) from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. in the Barker Plaza outside of the Student Center. All materials will be provided for attendees to create their own plant.
- The University is hosting its Club Involvement Fair on Wednesday, September 8 from 1:30 to 4:30 in the Student Center Ballroom. Attendees will be able to connect with nearly 100 clubs, enjoy free food, giveaways and more. More details can be found on BBNvolved.
