- The UK Counseling Center is hosting skill-building groups for mindfulness and stress management on Tuesdays from 5:00 to 6:30 beginning Tuesday, October 6 through Tuesday, October 27. Using Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), the group sessions will teach participants ways to understand anxiety and other emotional concerns.
