Burley Tobacco Growers Cooperative Association Award


Scholarship Description

The Burley Tobacco Growers Cooperative will award ten $2,000 scholarships to students for the 2020-21 school years. It is a great way for our organization to help our farm families as they work to provide educational opportunities to their children. The BTGCA scholarship is awarded on the basis of the student's overall grade-point average, writing ability, and leadership potential. The BTGCA will show preference to those applicants who have a tobacco farming background. The BTGCA scholarship is awarded for one academic year, in two equal amounts for the fall and spring semesters.



Buildium Women in Technology


Scholarship Description

This award is for current undergraduate students who are in a product design, interaction design, user experience design, engineering, or computer science program. In less than 1,000 words, tell us which female leader at a technology company inspires you and why (CEO, product developer, engineer, etc.) and submit a 1-2 minute video entry in response to the question: “What would the Buildium Women in Technology Scholarship mean for your education?”



Pennyrile Rural Electric Cooperative Corporation


Scholarship Description

Pennyrile Rural Electric Cooperative Corporation will award fourteen (14) $1,000 scholarships this year; three scholarships per district (Hopkinsville, Cadiz, Elkton, Russellville), and two (2) non-traditional students. Recipients will be notified by mail.



Louisville Agricultural Club Scholarship


Scholarship Description

The Louisville Agricultural Club Scholarship Program assists promising and outstanding high school seniors interested in pursuing careers in agriculture. The award provides scholarships for the attendance at agricultural colleges and universities located in Kentucky and Indiana.

Scholarship Description

ExtremeTerrain is offering a $2,500 scholarship for the Fall semester to eligible students pursuing a degree in Environmental Studies, Environmental Research, Land Use, Earth and Atmosphere Studies, Sustainable Land Management, Parks and Recreation, or Sustainable Agriculture Systems.

Students submit a 700-1500 word essay describing who they are, why they feel it is important to maintain access to public lands for recreational use, and how they plan to use their degree to advocate for the recreational use of public lands.

The future of commerce is being shaped by the digital economy, and BitIRA U wants to know what you think this future will look like.

FEAE Jensen Scholarship


Scholarship Description

Three undergraduate scholarships will be awarded in 2020.  $3,000 for the Jensen Scholarship and one  $1,500 NAICC Foundation Scholarship and one $1,500 Belchim Crop Protection Scholarship.  One application will be eligible for all three undergraduate scholarships and will be awarded based on merit.

Starting in 2020, two graduate scholarships will be available:  $3,000 Edward H. Lloyd Memorial Graduate Scholarship and $2,000 graduate scholarship sponsored by Wilbur Ellis.
